  • Returns for safes, other than those delivered damaged/defective, are possible up to 14 days after delivery date and subject to a 20% restocking fee and customer will be responsible for the freight paid by ACME Locksmith to and from the delivery address. Safes that are received damaged and/or defective will be repaired, replaced or credited at 100%. All freight deliveries must be inspected for damage at time of delivery in a timely manner. Failure to carefully inspect packaging and note damage or refuse delivery will remove all liability of damage from Cobalt Safes and ACME Locksmith and require the consignee to file any claims against the carrier themselves.
